Discounts
Designs by Jojo gives quantity discounts for orders over 100 items of wedding stationery and this equates to between 5-10% deduction from your final invoice.

Payment
A 50 % desposit is required upon confirmation of order and then final payment for wedding stationery is FIVE days prior to delivery. Please make cheques payable to 'Designs by Jojo' or if you wish to make a payment on-line then please contact Designs by Jojo for the relevant account information via the 'Contact' page.

Cancellation
Personalised wedding stationery is printed to meet your exact requirements and therefore any cancellations will have to be paid for in full.

Delivery
If you live local to Haslemere your stationery will be hand-delivered. If not, it will be posted via Special Delivery by 1.00 p.m. An extra charge will be made for this which you will be advised of and which will be added to your final invoice. Please note Designs by Jojo cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage of any items once they have been despatched.

International orders welcome - shipping costs can be advised prior to ordering.

If you have a specific design theme or colour scheme in mind for your invitations, Designs by Jojo are pleased to provide a bespoke wedding invitation service for this at no extra cost.


General
All wedding stationery is individually handmade and therefore may differ slightly from card to card, this is not deemed as faulty. Reproduction of colours is as accurate as possible, but may differ slightly from the portfolio design. For this reason images shown on the website and in the brochure are for illustrative purposes only.

Please note that it is a copyright infringement to copy in full or part any designs shown on the Designs by Jojo website or in the brochure.
