Order Information for Wedding Stationery, Greeting Cards and Contemporary Jewellery

Please detail your requirements in the spaces provided on the order form. Designs by Jojo advises that you order your wedding stationery at least 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding. However, if your timescale is less, this can be accommodated for in most cases.

You will then receive hand made proofs of each stationery item you have chosen for you to check and authorise. Please check through the proofs carefully, as once they are signed for, Designs by Jojo cannot accept responsibility for any errors in the wording. Designs by Jojo will then require a 50% non-refundable deposit towards your stationery costs – please make cheques payable to Designs by Jojo.
Please note that the order does not include the charge for postage and you will be advised of this prior to receipt of your wedding stationery. This charge will be added onto your final invoice.

Once authorisation has been received from you and the proofs have been returned, Designs by Jojo will then proceed with your order (please allow up to 2- 4 weeks for this dependant upon stock availability and workload). The outstanding balance for your stationery will then be due five days prior to the delivery of your wedding invitations.
